Role: Head ERP (Oracle) Transformation Exp required: 12+ Yrs 1. System transformation and revitalizing internal processes. 2. Hands-on experience in driving transformation across HR, - Finance, Supply chain, Revenue Assurance, Fraud management and supporting other functions like Audit, Legal, Regulatory &amp; Treasury 3. Directing project baselines and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure its satisfactory execution - Managing relationship with stakeholders, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables. - Creating road map for all internal application and strategize central operation run through global shared service in India. 4. Set the vision for operations strategy &amp; implementation driving quality and efficiency including best practices &amp; metrics for system operations. - Should have experience in implementation of any IOT based applications. - Implementing the suitable technology for the organisation to meet the business needs efficiency &amp; effectiveness - Identify the IT capability and technology gaps across all ERP modules. Rolling out a yearly plan for IT enablement with set timelines; Formulate and implement IT compliance and user policy for all entities - Strong organisation skills are important, as well as attention to detail, an ability to multi task and see work through to full implementation - Should have independently handled development projects for end-to-end execution of IT Deliverable.
