Business Development :
- Plan business strategies and lead the overall business development initiatives for the company which would require creating business enquiries, assist in preparation and supervision of EOIs and proposal.
Project Management :
- Project monitoring, management, assist to plan, execute, supervise, manage and coordinate all field and technical work related to projects.
Handling HR Issues :
- Team planning and HR management, staff recruitments, payroll supervision, trainings and development.
Client Handling :
- Handle high profile meetings with Clients and partners and travel to project locations for presentations, to meet Clients, to address project issues.
