Job Title : Head of Operations

Theme Park - Operations

- Responsible for the development and implementation of Theme Park strategy, systems, operational and safety policies and procedures.

- Project managing general developments, including implementation of strategies to constantly improve guests-visitors and employee satisfaction.

- Constantly monitor both industry development and competition orientation in new entertainment concepts.

Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day running of a theme park and overseeing the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and the public; this includes key functions such as:

- Managing the customer experience

- Strategic planning and development

- Monitoring health and safety

- Overseeing the park's finances

- Handling staff recruitment, appraisals and promotion (laterally and vertically)

- Liaising with contractors, e.g. for the installation, integration and maintenance of facilities

- Understanding local laws and cultural sensitivities

- Sole responsibility for the marketing of the park to generate business and also organizing regular events & activities to attract more customers.

- Responsible for the coaching, mentoring, motivation and ongoing professional and personal development of all employees forming part of the Theme Park, and development of their individual KPI's.

- Responsible for setting budgetary and financial strategies, and implementing suitable data management system.

- Identify, source and incorporate new themes for greater customer-return.

- Eager to develop and expand the business in other locations.
