We are looking for an experienced plant Head to oversee our textile manufacturing facility.

- The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, on time delivery, quality, safety and cost- effectiveness.

- The plant Head will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing resources, and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities :

- Oversee all manufacturing operations, including spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing and finishing.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, safety and cost-effectiveness.

- Establish and maintain production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.

- Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.

- Monitor Production cost and identify cost saving measures.

- Manage plant resources, including equipment, staff and budget to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.

- To ensure that plant is running as per Annual budget plan.

- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards for safety, quality and environmental protection.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation with the manufacturing team.

- Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance to senior management.

- Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve skills, knowledge, and job performance

KRAs (Key Result Areas):

1. Production Planning and Scheduling: To ensure all the specifications and requirements to be covered on account of quality & productivity at Sampling Stage and to ensure timely delivery of products and execute production plans collaboratively with other departments.

2. Quality Management: Develop quality standards for the textile plant and oversee the implementation of quality control processes.

3. Resource Management: Optimize the use of resources, including raw materials, machinery, and labour, to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
