Role & Responsibilities :
- Understands organization's requirement and incorporates it into operation planning to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Understands strategic business requirement of the organization and takes responsibility for continuous improvement and development of new product/process targeted at meeting the future needs of the organization.
- Responsible for 3 key functions : logistics, warehousing/ fulfilment, and demand planning.
- The incumbent would be responsible for offline and online supply chain management.
- Designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions.
- Managing both the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.
Critical Requirements :
- 10-12 Years of Experience from FMCG or Retail Sector
- Engineering degree is must, Full time MBA in Supply Chain/ Operations would be preferred
- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
