Head Operations - Steel Fabrication
We are looking for Head Operations - Fabricated Steel Structure for an engineering client based at Jejuri, Pune.
Job Location : Jejuri, Pune
Industry : Integrated Steel Fabricator/Engineering
Education : BE(Mechanical)+ MBA (Marketing)
Experience : 7+ years ; Candidate MUST have min 7+ years of experience in Fabricated Steel Structure industry and 5 years' experience in leadership roles.
Working Culture : 8.30 am - 5 pm,; 6 days working with Thursday as weekly off ; Transport is provided
Skill : Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
Key Deliverables :
1. Ensure that all business activities are aligned to achieve financial and operational excellence by ensuring before time execution of projects within budgeted costs leading to stakeholders' delight.
2. Enhance manpower productivity to the optimum level and identify cost reduction strategies and cost control standards to minimize wastages.
3. Ensure process and system improvement along with sound commercial and contractual management
4. Monitor all on - going and upcoming projects to target sales opportunities and identify organic and inorganic avenues of growth including local and overseas alliances and markets.
5. Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating top quality employees at all levels and enhance employee engagement to develop a high-performance team.
