Head - Operations - Steel & Alloy Steel Castings Manufacturer (18-30 yrs)
Looking for a senior professional at the level of HEAD - OPERATIONS for a leading Manufacturer of Steel & Alloy Steel Castings in India, to oversee the complete operational aspects of manufacturing plants with direct responsibility for the location that comprises of the 4 units.
- The role will include end to end manufacturing operations responsibilities inclusive of plant and production management, effective coordination of raw material supply to cut supply chain / holding costs, HR and plant operational issues linked to the engineering and utilities function.
- This senior person would ideally have a background of the castings / foundry business, machine shop operations or alternatively a strong domain understanding of the forging industry.
- Owing to the nature of the business, this senior person will work closely with Head-Sales & Marketing since the sale of castings, especially to global customers, involves extensive end customer interaction, end product customization and new product/component development.
