Client Details
Our client is one of the world's largest medical devices organization. They have a wide range of product portfolio and have a strong mark in India market. They import their products from global manufacturing locations and distribute it PAN India to a wide range of clients. They are looking to strengthen their mark and operations, and hence, are looking to recruit a Head of Operations and Services, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.
Description
Reporting to the Director Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Managing end to end service operations, interacting with the customers across India making sure of the best customer experience and after sales service
- Analysis the customer service trends and accordingly formulating the strategy to effectively resolve issues leading to better experience
- Liasoning with stakeholders across different teams to ensure the smooth flow of operations
Profile
You will be a professional with more than 10 years of experience in managing the services and operations with key focus on customer satisfaction, ideally in Healthcare/Consumer Durable industries. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and hands on approach towards his/her work
