Job Title : Head - Operations
Responsible/ Reporting To : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Responsible For :
Incumbent shall be responsible for Operations, Growth & Expansion, Responsible for Profit & Loss, Relationship Management
Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities :
1. Operations :
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, with a view to delivering operational excellence
- Provide a broad range of expertise in areas that directly Chain Operations
- Interface with Marketing Team on Marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Drive service quality through structured processes and procedures
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic and tactical plans that ensure the achievement of Goals
- Participate in the formulation of the company Annual Operating Plan
- Ensure overall smooth, effective, and efficient functioning of the Operations
- Manage & Lead Team to Achieve Operational Excellence
2. Business Development & Revenue Generation :
- Responsible for P&L for the Specific Targets as set by the Management
- Create New Avenues for Business Development
- Constantly deliberate with the promoters on business strategy and annual plans
- Be Instrumental in effectively implementing specific products, pricing and marketing strategies
- Envisage future geographical expansion for business growth
- Conduct market study and consumer understanding of various geographies
3. Customer Relationship Development & Management and Service Excellence :
- Strategise to identify and put in place right high performing resources for building brand by driving member acquisition, partner network, operations, marketing, events and public relations
- Put in place proactive engagement program with dedicated marketing team working on exciting propositions based on target customer profile towards enhancing wow factor
- Ensured high level of service excellence, customized solutions and extended product offerings to drive repeat purchase from the existing customer base
4. Cross Functional People Management :
- Lead a high performance team by effectively coaching and developing employees
- Foster teamwork within and across the organization
Qualifications :
- MBA/PGDM (From Top B School or Equivalent)
- Relevant Professional Certifications (Preferred)
Experience :
- Minimum of 19 years Experience in Operations in Retail/Hospitality/Fitness/Sports
- Proven Track Record & Success in Launching & Managing Multiple Units
- Experience of handling large teams in multiple locations.
- Work experience in multiple geographies.
- Experience in hospitality, service industry would be an added advantage.
