Head - Operations - Retail

- Understands organization's requirement and incorporates it into operation planning to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

- Understands strategic business requirement of the organization and takes responsibility for continuous improvement and development of new product/process targeted at meeting the future needs of the organization.

- Supervises the functioning of the Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing and Quality function to ensure all manufacturing objectives are met

- Responsible for 3 key functions: logistics, warehousing/fulfilment, and demand planning.

- Would be responsible for offline and online supply.

- Designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions.

- Managing both the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.

- Ensures periodic preventive maintenance activities based on production schedules ensuring optimisation of resource utilization.

- Ensures adherence to company's strategic plans on finances and all budgetary limitations while improving overall productivity and resource optimization.
