Operations Head - Polo Facility - Conglomerate At present, We are having an urgent opening for HEAD OPERATIONS for a REPUTED BUSINESS CONGLOMERATE based at MUMBAI location For their POLO FACILITY IN MUMBAI.. REPORTING TO : GROUP CHAIRMAN - The conglomerate is setting up a POLO Facility in MUMBAI & JAIPUR. We are looking for a person who has extensive knowledge base of Horses, its breeds, understand the process of exporting of horses, and has startup knowledge. - Understands the total process of running a polo farm. - Should have knowledge in breeding, training and maintaining thoroughbred horses - Will be responsible for Directs staffing; aligns people strategies with business objectives; consolidates efforts to meet service expectations, for and on behalf of the stakeholders; provides oversight of supervision and management teams to assure continuity - Should have Entrepreneurial Visionary; envisions designs, develops, communicates, and implements creative, strategic plans to achieve high standards of operational excellence. 1. Location : Mumbai near Panvel. 2. Size: 20 Arce Facility 3. Currently 10 - 12 horses being managed by Junior Team. 4. Facility to be scaled up from 10/12 horses to 50/60 horses including foreign bread horses. 5. Facility to be made operational Mumbai - currently work in progress and also in Jaipur post Mumbai. 6. Candidate needs to have exposure to setting up of a stable farm of above capacity with Indian/Foreign breads. 7. Should have exposure to polo to handle activities related to assisting/ training/coaching for Polo purchase of equipment's/accessories from abroad. Association with polo clubs and players for team formation 8. Logistics/movements of horses for polo matches across Delhi/Jaipur/Mumbai. 9. Setting up administrative process and team to handle the polo facility including approvals/permission.
