Head - Operations - Plant

Oversees daily activities of the Plant Operations, Production activity & Tool room of Injection Moulding, packing, Dispatch and Quality

- In-house quality complaints & its corrective action. Adhering to ISO and other QMS standards

- Develops and manages production schedules to meet internal volume, cost and quality goals. Responsible for Mould & Machine maintenance & preventive maintenance as per plan

- To ensure overall Production plan vs Actual data present in front of Management. Responsible for operational profit

- Productivity improvement through various improvement Projects (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma

- Gap analysis between planned vs. Actual. Responsibility for max. Utilization of available resources

- New mould trial, setting parameters for new trials. Co-ordinate with quality & Tool development dept. for any new development. & its observation

- Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and delivery problems. Cost Saving through Process optimization & yield improvement, MIS Presentation in front of Management

- Ability to drive Automation, OEE and productivity improvements, TPM, Lean, Six Sigma initiatives

- Extremely good people management skills. Should be able to motivate team
