To manage:
- Field-level implementation of large-scale entrepreneurship development projects among disadvantaged youth.
- Implementation and scale up of mentor development programme
Your responsibilities:
- Create standard operating procedures for program management and ensure all programs are delivered efficiently.
- Create a robust monitoring and evaluation framework, and ensure outputs and outcomes are measured on a regular basis and published to relevant stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning performance goals and ensuring their completion
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
- Ensure resources and budgets are managed efficiently across all the programs
- Donor Management
- Geographical scaling up of the program
