Head - Operations - NBFC/Online Marketplace Lending

Job description :

- Transaction coordination : primary point of contact and escalation across end to end deal lifecycle, including onshore, offshore and cross-border deal coordination

- Handling capital markets operations, clearance and fees

- Provide insight into negotiation of legal agreements and status of transaction closing

- Coordinating with investors as well as clients for trouble shooting online lending

- Track handoffs, process and timing/requirements, metrics and escalations as required

- Pipeline Management and Support, Query Resolution, Transaction Management

- Coordination of legal documentation across all lending products

- Managing the execution of credit facility letters, deal closing process, ownership of sourcing and reviewing client constitutional documents, conditions precedent / subsequent

- Working across functional areas to ensure all operational, financial and technology risks have been addressed

- Collaborating with business' and support functions to drive best practices both internally and in the external markets

The Successful Candidate Should :

- Have 8-10 years of relevant experience in loan operations management preferably in wholesale lending

- Be well versed with operations for capital markets, investment banking & whole sale banking

- Detailed knowledge of lending products & an exposure to e-commerce operations

- Have experience in solving practical problems and deal with a variety operational bottlenecks

- Be hands on in documentation processing, custody & delivery

- Have experience in developing, training, leading and motivating teams
