We are having an urgent opening for the role of Operations Head for a leading NBFC in Mumbai. We are looking the candidate who is handling Back-end & front-end operations for retail lending products. Candidates from Banks or NBFC can apply. Candidate from NBFC background will be preferred.

Note :- Candidate age should not be more than 40.

- Designing & sharing requirements with IT to launch key operational digital initiatives like e-kyc, e-sign, e-nach, e-stamping, paperless / system generated documentation for Secured/unsecured loans, PL,Gold Loan, Affordable Loan & LAP loans.

- Working closely with product and IT to develop LOS / LMS and ancillary systems to handle special product initiatives like co-funding tie-ups, merchant cash advance etc.

- Evaluating and giving specifications to IT for developing new satellite systems and integrating with LOS / LMS / Website / Mobile App for digital omnichannel experience.

- Designing a new workflow management system for business loans to be used by process stakeholders i.e. call centre, credit, sales & ops.

- Ensuring compliance to policies that are in the ambit of ops and handling audit.

- Responsible for setting up retail asset operations for the NBFC i.e. Home Loans, LAP, PL and MSME.

- Closely liaised with product, business, risk, credit, legal, PDG and IT teams for formulation and development of loan products and underlying systems and processes.

- Formulated and implemented standard operating procedures (SOP's) for branch operations and CPU operations and presented them to the top management for sign-off by all the stakeholders.

- Assessed, envisaged, and communicated functional requirements to various software vendors (LOS, LMS, Document scanning system etc.) to create a single seamless digital platform for the end user.

- Assessed and tested system enhancement deliveries by the software vendors and communicated results to top management.

- Set up of loan operation branches across India.
