Job Description :
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan to identify, communicate and monitor progress on key parameters priorities for the year that advances the strategic plan.
- Preparation of volumes reports, deck through ppt & graphical presentation and ensuring the MIS is recorded accurately and on time.
- FLDG utilization / invoke for strategic customers
- Bouncing trend with supporting data
- DSRA management
- Virtual & Escrow account set up
- CMS facilities & NACH Implementation
- Liasoning with Banks and establishment of net banking gateway of respective banks at different levels
- Manage internal & external audit
- Well versed with resolving problems related to reports analysing with historical data and forecasting
- Automation of processes and policies
- Mentoring and monitoring the performance of 20-25 team members and to ensure efficiency in processes of Banking & Operation and to ensure seamless financial activities
