Experience - 8+ Years in handling operations.

Job Description (Tentative) : 

- Develop new concepts and procedures to enhance productivity of all operations.

- Ensure compliance to policies and quality standards to maintain consistency in quality of services.

- Increased operational efficiency by introducing new systems and techniques.

- Prepared budgets for all activities and ensured compliance to quality while working in tight budgets.

- Prepared weekly and monthly reports to assess and discuss performance of all departments as a whole and as a separate unit.

- Schedule funding disbursement and provide timely decision on approval or Rejection of loan

- Looking after Credit Administration and Process disbursement.

- Facilitation with provide all necessary Support to Business team 

- Ensure a Healthy portfolio within the state with close Coordination with Zonal Sales head and Credit Head.

- Taking care of Process re -engineering, Operational Risk, Business Facilitation

- Taking care of Audit, Statutory compliance, Reporting, Vendor Management, Portfolio Monitoring
