Head - Operations - Mobile VAS

We are looking for Head Of Operations for a Leading Mobile VAS company with head quarters in Yemen & Dubai and serving most of the large Telecom providers of the Middle East .

Role Expectations:

- Looking out for someone who have good management skills and carrying good experience in global Telecom VAS domain with minimum experience of 14 years.

Responsibilities:

- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the complete team in India ( IT, R&D, Marketing, Sales and Support Services ), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

- Work in close coordination with CEO and establish at par global standards in operating

- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.

- Supervision of individual project execution, time lines,..etc.

- Coming up with solutions to problems and influence things to be completed as per the deliverable required .

- Driving the business to increase profits.

We are only looking for candidates who worked in VAS product IT companies at a leading role only .
