Head of Operations - Leading FinTech

About our client:

Our Client is a leading Micro-lending FinTech in Bangalore.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Be actively involved in the design, strategy, execution, & performance tracking of the business projects

- Design the blueprints for all internal processes & present the same to senior management for implementation

- Manage the loan operations for the business including pre & post-disbursement activities & ensure TAT reduction of the same

- Work with the functional heads & founders to understand key initiatives & potential outcomes

- Actively work on automating as many processes as possible

- The role would directly report to the Founders / Partners

The successful candidate should have:

- At least 8 years of experience in managing loan & business operations for a FinTech / NBFC

- Excellent leadership skills & senior stakeholder management

- Strong expertise & awareness of digital systems & processes of loan operations
