Job Description : - Responsible for all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize safety, quality, production, Pre-Production, Operations & Logistics. - Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards - Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping - Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus - Inspects to ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met. Establishes quantity and quality output standards for personnel in all positions within the plant. - Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions - Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets - Address employees' issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements - Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts Salary Is Open - If You Are The Best In Your Field Please Expect The Best Remuneration Also
