Head - Operations & Maintenance - Rooftop & Solar Water Pumps

- Provide leadership for Operations & Maintenance of Rooftop and Solar Water Pumps PAN India.

- Leads, Directs and Manages multiple projects, takes responsibility for Project controlling, manages the operations of the Solar Water Pumps in a Safe, Reliable and Efficient Manner

- Day to day online monitoring, recording, identifying and handling incidents that interrupts functionality of Solar Water Pumps. Keep records included but not to limited call outs, spare parts and in general all day to day activities.

- Engage with Government & Local Dealers.

- Drive initiatives around Remote Monitoring system

- Management of Project handover between Operations team O&M team

- Provide feedback to Design & Engineering team.

- Programme manage the replacements and repairs from OEM's and suppliers of the original equipments

- Automate the complaint ticket system

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Electrical or Mechanical with strong technical acumen and successful experience (minimum 15 years) in managing Operations & Maintenance with at least 5 in energy companies, with preference in Rooftop / Pumps
