Head - Operations - Logistics (8-12 yrs)
We are hiring for a Head of Operations for a leading Logistics Company. Exp. in setting up logistic & Warehouses operations, Inbound & Outbound operations, Inventory Management Systems, designing Logistics Network of Part Truck/Less Load truck.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities for optimization of the goods movement process
- Drive optimization and standardization of process across all franchisees
Skills :
- 10+ years of experience in managing operations for large logistics providers; preferably with asset-light players
- Experience managing large scale logistics operations; cross-industry logistics experience is a big plus
- Understanding of operational steps in end-to-end part-load movement
- Strong people management and previous experience in managing large, geographically-spread teams
- MBA from top universities, specialization in Supply Chain Management is a plus
