Head - Operations - Loan

The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to the following :

- Lead the complete operations team

- Lead the frontend operations team for disbursal and on-boarding of loan customers

- To lead backend operations team for borrower allocations & dashboards

- To lead the customer service team for the platform

- To lead the MIS and channel partner support team

- To assist the treasury team for ALM management

- Work closely with Technology team for development of the Platform

Key skills required :

- Understanding and expertise on backend and frontend operations of loan systems - LOS & LMS

- Understanding of Digital Loan systems with relevant liabilities/NBFC experience

Work Experience :

- 5-10 years of experience in the NBFC/Fintech/P2P space only (mandatory)
