Salary offered: 8 - 15 LPA

- Overseeing entire Holiday travel operations

- Preparing Costing sheet for itineraries for different destination

- Complete responsibility for managing, training, developing and mentoring and coaching the operations team.

- Effectively manage the performance of individuals ranging from new starters to high performers.

- Develop relationships across distribution partners e.g. travel agents, suppliers, DMCs, etc.

- Preparing quote processing confirmation to suppliers.

- Ensuring quote received from suppliers within TAT, follow up and negotiating with suppliers for better deals

- Monitoring competitors activities and collecting data.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of destinations and suppluer from tourism and operations perspective for Dubai, Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Seychelles, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, USA, Canada, etc.

- Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and proven success in fast-paced environment coupled with good time management

- Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.

- Experience managing a operations team within the travel industry is highly desired.

- A proven track record of high customer service feedback.

- Clear and confident communication, resilient to pressure.

- Should be able to organized data and make decision-based on it

- Bachelor's/Masters degree or equivalent work experience.
