Head - Operations - Injectibles/Pharma (20-25 yrs)
Position: Head of Plant Operations
Functional responsibility: Production, Purchase, Maintenance, Plant Controlling, Plant Supply Chain, R & D
Deliverables:
- Delivering the budgeted quantity, productivity, capacity utilization, manufacturing costs.
- Fulfillment of GMP norms as per global standards
- Zero defect and conformance to quality standards.
- High quality maintenance of all the assets of the plant
Quality, Safety, Environment, Sustainability & Compliance:
- Strict adherence to signed quality & safety standards
- Ensure appropriate hygienic & safe practices in work environment and surrounding.
- Ensure compliance of all legal norms & community development
Capex and Expansion:
- To ensure timely implementation CAPEX and adherence to the budgets.
- Successful implementation and completion of all expansion projects
Human Capital & Best Practices:
- To ensure adequate training for all the levels so that a competitive line up is built.
- Develop high motivated team which collaborates cross functionally.
- Implementation of Kaizen, quality and operational excellence programs
Candidate Profile:
- BE/B.Tech (Chemicals / Mechanical / Operations/ Production) or M Pharma (Pharma Technology) with 20-25 years experience in manufacturing of, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and other process industry organizations.
- Maximum work experience should be in reputed sterile injectable manufacturing facility.
- Must be holding a leadership position exposed to modern, automated technology, machinery & manufacturing, responsible for head count of at least 500.
- Should be working with Topmost companies in the respective industry and should have successfully handled audits from regulated markets like USFDA, EU and responsibility to successfully run such plants for at-least 3 years as head of operations
