Head - Operations - Infrastructure (15-25 yrs)

Our client is one of the leading players in the roads and the infrastructure segment. They currently have 7 projects across Karnataka, Gujarat, MP, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Meghalaya.

Job Profile

- Monitoring of Operations and Maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of projects in line with O&M objective defined by the Board.

- Ensure statutory compliance (including those related to labour) as well as compliance of Concession Agreement at Project Sites.

- Prepare Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for each Project and ensure compliance to AOP including utilisation of funds.

- Selection of appropriate vendors, Contractor & Sub Contracts management for Toll operations, Maintenance, Route Operations etc.

- Ensure revenue assurance by exemption control though efficient operation along with deployment of state of art toll management systems.

- Planning and execution of Capital Expenditure works such as Major maintenance, Change of Scope (COS), etc. including bidding by contractors.

- MIS of projects for reviews & preparing presentations as per management / BOD requirement.

- Maintaining good relations with Authority Regional Office, Project Director/ Independent Engineer, etc.

- Perform Due Diligence (traffic and technical) for acquisition of new projects along with provision of O&M and major maintenance estimate for them.

- Ensure positive communication within HC 1, with other stakeholders and media at large.

- Networking with all concerned viz., Industry body, Operators, Consultants, Authorities and Concessionaires.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: BE (Civil).

- Years of experience: 15-25 years.

- Should have strong experience in the road sector with a focus on Operations and Maintenance.

- Should preferably have a commercial understanding of Contracts/ Concession Agreements.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

- Must be able to create and manage a dynamic team.
