Role:

- HVAC Projects, Design, Planning, Estimation, Sales & BD Team handling Exp.

- Entire Operations of west region will be under this designation

- P&L, Operations, 60% Profile will be in BD & rest 40% will be in Operations

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Proposal Making local & International Proposal

- Making drawing

- Making detailed BOQ of low side

- Negotiating best price of material

- Negotiating Credit limit

- Ensure good relations with vendors

- Finding new vendors

- Finding new contractors/technicians

- Negotiating and relationship with vendors

- Clearing vendor / contractor payment

- Implementation

- Ensure smooth operations and paperwork

- Ensure checklist of work completion

- Ensure timely implementation

- Reduce daily challenges

- Physical and virtual stock recon

- Taking reports from the implementation team

- Making Implementation Reports

- Make a list of all change requests / rework at site

Operations & Reporting:

- SOP Creation and Adherence

- Checklist for all tasks

- Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports

- MIS and Consumption Reports

- Innovate methods to reduce blocked capital & reduce TAT

- Take report of implementation team Directly & Report Further

- Also, he should have industry Sales Experience.
