Head - Operations - Hospitality

- Managing the Hospitality Portfolio of the Group - including five star hotels in Kerala as well as other hotels abroad.

- Managing all properties in India and abroad under a common blanket to build and implement a common culture, value and behavior system

- Spearheading the enhancement and expansion plans for all the properties, with a focus on destination development

- Oversee acquisition of additional five star properties in India & Overseas

- Develop unique customer experiences

- Independently develop F&B and Spa Brands

- Maintaining consistent standards of service delivery across all the properties

- Setting strategy, directions and targets for all properties

- Liaison between the various divisions and the Board of Group and provide regular updates on progress, new strategies and growth plans.
