Position: Head of Operations

Experience: 20+ years

Location: Gurgaon

Head of Operations will be responsible for the direction and coordination of an organization. He/She will be responsible for the growth and profitability of a company. This role will include expense control, staff management, delivery, expansion customer experience and department supervision

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for running service delivery processes by managing a team of operations staff.

- Manage & Develop operational processes, strategies & cycle times & system flows.

- Evaluate efficiency of existing processes and continually enhance them.

- Evaluate team's performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting key metrics.

- Participate in new roll outs.

- Will responsible for growth at Pan India level

- Should be able to insure best Customer Experience.

Ideal candidate:

- Strong data orientation.

- Exceptional leadership & people management Skills.

- Should have managed SOPs

- Should have at least 10 years of experience in managing operations at Pan India Level.

Preferred Industry would be:-

1. Logistics Industry

2. Healthcare Industry

Qualification:

MBA from top tier college.

Incumbent will be responsible for the Growth of the organisation and at the same would be responsible to enhance customer experience.
