The Head - Operations is an entrepreneurial manager who is constantly seeking a better way to conduct business. This key leadership position is directly responsible for the successful operation of Healthcare Services in the country. The person ensures client, customer service/satisfaction with efficient cost-effective management meeting and exceeding stated expectations.

He/she will directly report to the CEO/COO of the company and will manage a team of center managers in each of the locations/centers under his/her purview and would be responsible for the P&L of these centers.

A. Revenue Management :

1. Define and implement business and revenue model for the region.

2. Tie up with insurance companies and other agencies (corporate, GAMCA etc.) for increased patient flow and revenue. etc.) for increased patient flow and revenue.

3. Develop alternate business lines and channels for additional revenue stream

4. Achieve revenue target as USD - agreed for the region.

B. Operations Management :

1. Develop brand equity in health care industry and general community.

2. Define and prioritize operational initiatives to maximize revenue and streamline the functioning of region.

3. Define, update and Roll out SOP's and Protocols for the Region

4. Defining and rolling out processes for various diplomatic missions using latest technology / methods within budgetary requirements.

5. Define and implement seasonal promotional plans such as "Cancer Awareness Week, World AIDS day program etc." within the region

6. Design and Implement marketing plans for the region.

7. Ensure regulatory compliance (licenses, approvals etc.)

8. Document regulatory requirements and guidelines for obtaining/renewals/cancellations

9. Ensure business contingency plan is in place to provide uninterrupted service

10. Ensure business risks and its corrective actions are documented and implemented as and when required

11. Lead, guide and mentor teams within each country to ensure smooth running of operations.

12. Ensure customer satisfaction as per agreed SLA's

C. Profitability :

1. Adapt the operational model to the particular location such that the profitability in absolute terms is the highest.

2. Manage regional productivity with respect to cost and time line overruns. Bring in innovative ideas or methods ensuring reduction in project timelines.

3. Lower the procurement cost by ensure sufficient stocks of vaccines, consumables and other requirements and better price negotiation.

4. Procurement systems/policies/ procedures are followed as per center/region requirement.

5. Achieve EBITDA margin of USD (TBD). for the region, as per agreed targets by country/ region

D. People Development :

1. Increase People productivity and efficiency.

2. CME and other training programs for employees.

3. Work with HR team to improve staff retention ratio.

4. Ensure region is adequately staffed to meet business needs and targets.

5. Recruit and train new hires. Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project.

E. Project Management :

1. Manage project activities on-site including coordination with vendors, FMC, etc.

2. Define project details, model and specifications for new projects based on CEO input.

3. Coordinate BOQ finalization and project procurement.

4. Ensure timely roll out of projects as per deadline
