LifCare is a full-stack subscription pharmacy for patients with chronic diseases. Patients, suffering from diseases like Diabetes, Cardiac conditions, Hypertension, Nephro disorders etc., require ongoing medication. We use intelligent technology and data science to automate refills so that they never miss a dose. We also help patients cut down the cost to by running a more efficient supply chain.
We are well capitalized and backed by Tier 1 venture capital funds. The founding team has spent significant time in healthcare: Krishna (ex-Bain Capital PE, ex-BCG), Rohit (ex-Cipla, IIML) and Deepesh (Headstrong US).

We are looking for people who want to build a scalable healthcare business centered on patient care. Healthcare, as a vertical in India is unorganized & ripe for disruption using technology. We are looking for Entrepreneurs who want to do that disruption alongside us.
The role of AVP, Operations will be responsible for overall order management and fulfillment across multiple cities.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for order management & fulfillment, execution, procurement, P&L management, people management, 3PL partners, Payments, inventory and delivery functions.
2. Implement 24-hour warehousing operations with 6-hour order to dispatch TAT.
3. Drive very high fulfillment and cancellation reduction of placed orders and avoid out-of-stock issues.
4. Strategize cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives to get to profitability in each city.
5. Manage a large team of last mile delivery including multiple 3PL Partners and Delivery boys
6. Wholesaler onboarding, on-going relationship management, reduced the overall wholesaler cycle time and improve margins.
7. Evaluate and implement (through engineering team) various technological solutions to enhance customer experience, increase operation efficiency.
Job Requirements :
1. 3-5 years of work experience in driving operations with startups.
2. Education from a top tier premium college (IIM, IIT, ISB) with strong work-ex post education.
3. Experience of working in similar operating roles at other start-ups
4. Any work experience in healthcare-related roles is an added advantage
5. Very strong people management and team leadership skills
6. Strong interpersonal, time management and execution-focus skills
