Purpose of the job - Oversees all operational aspects of company administrative strategy and is responsible for the flow of operations information to the chief executive, the board and, where necessary, external parties such as investors or financial institutions
Main responsibilities -
- Responsible for the service-quality standards and adherence to budgetary requirements of Materials, engineering and Hospital support services (Laundry, Housekeeping, F&B)
- Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the Production, Purchasing and Distribution in the organization as per the company strategy
- Develop and control the budget for the Operations Department to ensure that the hospital has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters and as per the company strategy
- Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that a safe and healthy working environment is maintained at all times
- Act as the company's main adviser on all issues relating operational functions and keep abreast of latest developments to ensure that the Company maintains its competitive position and also to ensure that the hospital is always fully compliant
- Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of the hospital
- Provide leadership in preparing and implementing policies and procedures on superior customer experience policies and procedures
- Drive a high performance based culture with clear succession and leadership development programs that will ensure effective delivery of organizational objectives
- Take lead on assisting and providing inputs for pricing and billing
- Responsible for ensuring optimum staffing of staff in the operations department and ensuring high performance culture within the department
Qualification and experience -
- Bachelor/Master's degree preferable in hospital management.
- At least 7+ years relevant experience
