Head - Operations & Fundraising - Agriculture Startup

- Oversee daily operations of the organization and work of team

- Design and implement strategies to achieve sales target in conjunction with organization's growth plan

- Create business expansion strategies to new geographies and develop a go-to-market plan for new location

- Systematically evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal and external operational processes and identify ways to improve them

- Mentor and motivate team to achieve organisational and sales goals

- Manage and maintain relationships with partners/vendors

- Identify new banking partners for financing

- Direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives

- Oversee contract negotiation: partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal document

- Develop productivity benchmarks for the team. Monitor and evaluate outputs periodically

- Ensure that any gaps identified are addressed with a sense of urgency
