Experience : 5 - 6 Yrs as Manager - Operations

Salary : INR 8 - 14 LPA (Variable- 10%)

Job description:

- Strategize and Execute central initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations in city

- The City Operations Manager has the end-to-end responsibility for delivering on all these aspects as per the internal norms of the company.

- Evaluate and report on OKRs, Fill Rate , Customer complaint , OTD , DMS & new process adherence.

- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth

- Maintain supply chain of milk and non-milk products.

- Analyse data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues

- Manage workflow and day to day operations

- Explore opportunities for reducing the overall Cost Per Delivery, responsible for leading all downstream, delivery related operations across the city

- Ensure prompt responses to queries /concerns raised by the teams and Delivery Executives thereby clearing doubts if any

- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain.

- Ensure supply chain processes meet statuary requirements and standards as per company SOP

- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

- Create the company's supply chain strategy and making sure 100% delivery vs ordered

Must Haves:

- MUST be ready to work in Night Shift.

- First Mile & Last Mile experience is Mandatory

- Min 2 yrs experience in Team handling

- Fluency in the Hindi language is a MUST.

- Regional Language would be preferred.

- B2C Experience.

Working Days : 6 days

Interview Process: 3 Rounds

Notice : 30 days

Will handle a team of 6-7 members

will be visiting 26 to 27 BB hubs in Pune.
