1. Chair Weekly OPG Meeting And Co-Ordinate For Mitigating Issues And Rolling Out Business Plans Smoothly
2. Procurement Of RM, Spares, Packing Material And Bought Out Items
3. Maintaining The Existing Vendors And Source Out/ Develop New Vendors / Suppliers
4. Production Planning And Control To Ensure Timely Availability Of Intended Material On Time
5. Expansion Of Existing Projects And Execution Of New Projects
6. Co-Ordination With Location Heads And Ho Commercial For Statutory Compliance And Labour Matters
7. Ensuring Smooth And Efficient Supply Chain And Logistics For Domestic & Export Orders
8. Co-Ordination For Commercialization Of New Products With Specific Time Lines
9. Cost Reduction And Cost Bench-Marking By Continuous Improvement In All Operations.
10. Upgrading Manufacturing Locations Technically & Operationally
11. Make Or Buy Decisions

Qualifications :
MBA is A must
- Total About 12-15 Years With Around 5 Years In A Leadership Position In Production / Logistics / Procurement
- Experience In Stationery / Art Material / Writing Instruments / Packaging / Inks / Fmcg/ Printing Industry Would Be Preferred
