Designation : Head Operations

Base Location : Chennai (corporate office)

Reporting to : Director

Looking candidates who Have experience in handling credit & operations profile.

Job Purpose :

- Will be responsible for entire lifecycle of lending. The Candidate is expected to help setting up the Asset Operations by working closely with all stakeholders.

- During the setup stage, create processes in line with the overall organizations objective by regular interactions with business and allied functions.

- Ensuring the processes and policies are compliant and streamlined within the Regulatory Guidelines Drafting a blueprint for setting up of Lending Operations.

- Drafting policies for regular monitoring and reviewing existing systems and procedures and design internal controls /quality audit checks for various processes. Continuous evaluation of Processes with a focus on bringing in improvement

- Usage of Technology and Analytics towards imparting "Fintech DNA" within the organization.

- Able to fit in the startup culture, with a sense of ownership of roles.

- Be responsible for designing and developing SOPs, SLA for all aspects of operations

- Framing, monitoring and updating the process and SOPs for loan origination in coordination with credit risk team.

- Framing efficient processes, SOPs and coordinating with various teams during underwriting, sanction, disbursement, monitoring, collections and recovery - Entire loan cycle.

- Coordinating with recovery and legal agents and devising policies and procedures for efficient and quick recovery process.

- Handling day-to-day operations of the company

- Framing and generation of various MIS / Analytics / Dashboard for review with Senior Management & Business.

- Recruiting, managing and retaining the fleet of executives via a healthy and rewarding work atmosphere.
