Head - Operations - FinTech (10-20 yrs)
The role is with prominent Fintech company at Gurgaon.
- This role will focus on designing and building the operations function spanning across customer servicing and business ops processing for the most innovative lending platform in India.
Candidate will be responsible for :
- End-to-end set up of operational process, workflow management system and customer service module for lending products, with an increased focus on accurate and timely execution to drive superlative client experience
- Ensuring that all processes and services are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Policies and Policy Standards
- Evaluating and driving implementation of IT modules for loan operations (LOS/LMS/CRM)
- Strategizing and implementing initiatives focusing on improvements in cost, control, capacity, client service and cycle time
Candidate Requirements :
- 10-12 yrs of experience with a financial institution or an NBFC dealing in retail lending
- Subject matter expert of credit /lending administration and delivering end to end solutions to front office businesses
- Strong SLA management experience within a third party/ captive setup along with managing team sizes upto 100+ people spread across multiple locations
