Engineering Head - Mobile Manufacturing Roles &amp; Responsibility: We are looking for an engineering head who will create the road map for engineering organization. What will you do? - You will design Precision Component manufacturing processes comprising high speed CNC machining, engineering plastics molding, surface engineering processes (cleaning, deburring, sanding, sandblasting), cosmetic anodizing, laser welding, gluing and precision assembly). - You will be our technology manager managing engineering programs with milestones and look to the future from a manufacturing technology point of view. - You will collaborate with the production and the quality organization to drive the desired results. What you need to have : - Experience in high-speed milling of thin-walled aluminum products - Experience in Laser welding technologies and Surface engineering - Process Engineering in a mass manufacturing environment familiarity with the concepts from an application engineering side - Experience in managing engineering programs through leadership participation in engineering seminars. - Knowledge of established as well as leading-edge tools and concepts in manufacturing like TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Six sigma etc. Industry : EMS, Machine Tool Mfg, Automation and Automotive Salary offered: 55-75LPA
