Head - Operations - Edutainment

About the company :

A new age well-funded Edutainment startup which develops innovative educational toys to build core skills in children is looking for a Head of Business Operations to run day to day operations - procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.

This will be a leadership role and will be a part of the core management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive day to day operations - procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.

- Set up underlying systems and processes that seamlessly allow us to scale 10X.

- Identification of new manufacturing partners to support the expansion of our product portfolio.

- Build the operational infrastructure and processes to launch our D2C channel in the US.

- Shape the overall corporate strategy as part of the senior leadership team.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with hand on problem-solving skills. We don't believe in having a strict checklist of criteria. However, as a guide the below are a few experiences or qualifications which would help:

- Prior experience in business operations

- Prior leadership or entrepreneurial experience

- Strong academic track record
