Head - Operations - EdTech (15-22 yrs)
Hiring for a leading EdTech based at Western Suburbs, Mumbai.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Primary Objective:
The person in this position will be responsible to ensure highly successful and error free operations. He/she will play a key role in ensuring achievement of the business goals of superior learner experience, optimum operational efficiency, 100% adherence to key operating policies, standard operating process, and Quality
Role Responsibilities -
a. Operations
i. Operational leadership for day-to-day operations of the team.
ii. Review and / or set up systems for key operational standards and processes.
1. Daily MIS
2. Enforce Standard Operating Processes
ii. Liaise with stakeholders (faculty, sales, finance, institute POC's and company leadership)
iii. Own the entire process for operational efficiencies across teams and ensure effective planning & execution.
iv. Oversee manpower needs and ensure appropriate staffing is always maintained.
v. Drive best practices across levels to ensure that overall team efficiency and efficacy is maintained.
vi. Liaise with students and finance team to ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
vii. Drive higher automation and process efficiencies across the learner operations ecosystem.
b. Quality Control
i. Work closely with the Academic, Operations & Sales teams to ensure high quality delivery of program.
ii. Conduct audits and checks on processes and have relevant maker checker systems are in place.
iii. Review performance of team through regular formal and informal feedback.
c. Administrative
i. Aim to reduce operational costs on manpower, losses on collections, student dropouts.
ii. Ensure that all reports / MIS are shared with the Head on a weekly basis.
iii. Ensure that teams are trained, motivated, and engaged.
d. Other responsibilities
i. Live the core values of the organisation by demonstrating Ownership mind-set, Innovation at work and engaging all stakeholders effectively.
ii. Develop strategies & ensure maximum efficiencies in the utilization of human & financial resources.
iii. Work with cross functional teams to review operational processes & people issues.
Desired skillsets
a. Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 15 yrs. experience in Operations function
b. Strong analytics and number crunching skills, pleasant and happy demeanour.
c. Excellent knowledge of Ms Office and reporting tools.
