Head - Operations - EdTech

- Ideally an MBA from a reputed school with 10+ years of experience, you must be a core strategist who measures success by operations and delivery. Your past experience must include:

- Significant Project management experience. Drive cross functional projects to deliver business value for the team; be part of projects, involving new feature definition to improve processes

- Experience in the Ed-tech is preferred

- Experience in delivering multiple successful projects and should have strong experience in building processes, systems etc. .

- Superlative team building and management experience and skills

- Must have solid people management and stakeholder management skills ( Internal and External)

- Should be good at Deliver governance, Finance governance and Sales Governance.

- The position will work very closely with Sales, Product and Marketing team.
