1. The role holder will lead the entire Operations of Ecommerce within Redington and will be responsible for website operations, contact centre, logistics, payments and reconciliations to ensure smooth order delivery and customer management. 2. Responsible for managing Ecommerce website related activities and to ensure that all disciplines work together seamlessly for the ecommerce operations to function as desired. 3. Responsible for keeping operational costs in check and to initiate measures to increase operational efficiencies. 4. Responsible for handling team of Customer Service, Partner Management, Logistics and Website Operations. 5. Developing people and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement, promoting quality, delivering speed, customer experience and minimizing cost of operations. 6. Reviewing and ensuring timely order delivery, reducing delivery inefficiencies, handling damages, insurance, and reverse logistics 7. Responsible for overseeing a wide range of cross-functional operational processes and facilitates efficient collaboration between the teams. 8. Responsible for structure and strategize leading Order fulfilment using own and third party logistics. 9. Responsible for formulating effective strategies, driving website operations to maintain the pages with category teams. 10. Manage strategic relationships with Redington business and finance teams for managing partner onboarding and related operations. 11. Responsible for driving credit related operations to make sure that partner credit is correct. 12. Responsible for formulating strategy to manage and drive data reconciliation between Redington and Online systems. 13. Collaborate and drive synergies with the team for achievement of operational objectives, including resolution of escalated issues related to inbound complaints.
