The Role - Head Of Operations - Digital Marketing

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible to lead a team of 20 plus members working under various functions like paid media, designers, social media executives, content and copy writers, SEO experts etc.

- Lead and monitor daily operations of the team, ensuring delivery of tasks aligned by the client servicing team, coach and mentor the team members, participate in key client interactions

- Orchestrate resource planning for the team at a yearly (Planning to meet AOP numbers), quarterly (Plan to forecast business and work load for the balance part of the year) and daily basis (Task assignment for daily deliverables)

- Should have a good knowledge of Adwords, Facebook & Biddable platform campaign set up, optimization and de-bugging

- Monitor the team who deliver launch campaigns, verify ad copies and optimize ads for the desired target

- Should have a fair knowledge of other aspects of business like design, copy, vendor management, SEO and SMM

- Monitor campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

Qualification & Experience :

- Any Graduate

- 7 to 10 yrs in digital marketing

- Experience of leading an operations team in the past will be preferred
