We are HIRING Operations and Delivery Head for our Client, one of the leading staffing company with 15,000+ associates across varied service lines with presence in 12+ locations PAN India serving blue-chip clientele, comprising more than 40 Multinationals companies across multiple sectors. Stationed at New Delhi, the Operations and Delivery Head will be responsible for BD & Managing programs & team client servicing and resolving escalation in due time. Roles and Responsibilities : - Business Development - Solution specialist - Client servicing - Managing the program & team members - Maintaining good relationship with client HO & at regional level - Ensuring for proper reporting - Timely review of program as well as team - Coordinate all vendors on regular basis - Ensure timely invoicing and purchase order - Ensuring timely payment from client as per agreed credit period - Responsible for Campaign Management, Account Management, Optimization, Client Servicing, Vendor management - Key role is to manage clientele and to provide an integrated marketing proposition for clients from brief understanding to building BTL plans for smooth execution of the campaign - Strong understanding of BTL activation and events - PAN India Agency Contacts to drive merchandising/Audit programs - Multiple Visual Merchandising and Retail Audit execution experience at large scale Skill Set : - Prior experience in merchandising - Good communication skills - Good vendor management skills - Good vendor network Qualifying Criteria : - Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate - Industry: Service / Telecom / Retail / FMCG / FMCD - Experience: Minimum 8- 12 years
