Role Title:: Head of Operations

Key Deliverable::

- A seasoned Operations veteran in Debit, Prepaid & Credit Cards. You will lead the entire Operations function including planning, development & key business projects.

- Well versed with regulatory compliance, controls, ensuring high quality and integrity of the delivery platforms

- Ability to work seamlessly with Business objectives especially in an environment of rapid change.

- An eye for detail, execution skills backed by superior communication skills

- Ability to think big and scale operations via technological capabilities and deliver standardized performance.
