Head - Operations - Consulting Firm

Roles and Responsibilities :

The role will involve complete ownership over supply and customer ops.

- Understand target astrologer persona

- Devise, implement and execute end-to-end selection processes - sourcing, interviews, selection criteria

- Devise, implement and execute end-to-end training processes - create training modules, training completion

- Devise, implement and execute end-to-end retention strategies - incentivization plan, metric tracking, supply success, relationship management and other creative strategies

- Work closely with inhouse team of astrologers, celebrity astrologer and CEO

- Work with product team to ideate on product for supply

- Recruit, motivate, and develop a superior team, establish a clear definition of functional excellence and create a culture based on those practices

- Ownership of NPS

- Setup customer support team and processes

- Interview customers and take constant feedback

- Understand customer needs and wants and work with product team to include customer feedback in product
