Position: Head of Client Servicing &amp; Projects Location - Delhi NCR Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Overlook the day to day operations of the company - Ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital marketing projects on time - Lead and direct project team leaders - Responsible for quality check of client projects whenever required - Analyze the performance of client websites through various channels such as Google analytics. - Setting up KPI's and ensuring that monthly client targets are met. - Responsible for Business Growth - Mentor and develop employees through a collaborative and supportive approach. - Help sales team with subject matter expertise in client presentations Education - MBA / PG in Management / Graduation Desired candidate profile: - Minimum 12+ years of experience - In dept knowledge of Digital Marketing (specialist in at least 2 areas either: SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media, website design) - Expertise in Client management - Experience of working in an Agency environment with a large part of their career in digital marketing. - Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual, people management and organizational skills. - Strong written and oral English communication skills. - Self-motivated and ability to multitask between different client projects - Strong MS Office skills in Excel, Word &amp; Power point - Proven track record of leadership, teamwork, and soft skills. - Conversant with current industry happenings. - Be a thought leader in the digital marketing space
