Head - Operations & Business Strategy - Telecom (10-30 yrs)
Head Business Operations and Strategy based @ Africa
Role & Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Client, Regional & Country Directors and other Stake Holders to achieve the business goals.
- Assessing, identifying, monitoring, and executing action plans to continually increase level of operational excellence to enable increased performance, productivity, consistency, and on time delivery of service/deliverables.
- Disseminating information, driving standardization and collaboration, resolving issues, and leading teams to identify and improve key performance metrics.
- Providing expert knowledge/problem solving methodologies to enable delivery of exceptional performance through a systematic, standardized, and consistent approach to project selection and execution.
- Facilitating structured discussions and performing focused analysis in order to identify root causes and present improvement recommendations/solutions.
Key Experience to include:
- B2B Sales & Key Account Management
- Project Management & Execution
- P&L, Cost & People Management
- Partner Management
- L&D Operations
Must Have:
- Lead Business Operations for at least 1-2 stints
- Managed at least Mid-sized Project/Business Execution
- Work experience of an International (preferably of Africa) market
