Head - Operations - BPS Role summary : - Will lead the entire operations and delivery processes for the Business Process Services. - This role will be instrumental in building relationships across the organization with focus on meeting customer/operational/employee goals. - This role requires to be able to work be able to embrace change working in a dynamic environment, adjusting to unfamiliar situations, demands and changing roles, seeing change as an opportunity and being receptive to new ideas. Skills required : - Should have relevant 12+ years experience in leading operations for team size of 500 or more. Relevant experience in Healthcare domain is preferred. - Must have had exposure to working in start-up type set up where processes are not entirely defined - Experience in leading operations and delivery - Define and agree on Service Level Agreement with key stakeholders - Implement and monitor key KPIs and manage performance with P&amp;L Ownership - A drive for continuous innovation.
