Education :

Graduates, Postgraduate from any stream will be eligible

Eligibility Criteria :

- Fluent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English

- Resilient resource management skills

- Basic IT know-how i.e. understanding application of Information Technology

- Prior inside sales/marketing experience will be an added advantage

- Flexible to work in a 24X5 environment

- Structured thought process

- Self-driven

- Advance excel knowledge will be Add on

- Candidate should be well versed with excel formulas

- Should be comfortable working for a night shift

- Should be good with excel reports

- Ability to work in Multi-cultural environments

- Metrics driven

Job Responsibilities :

- Accomplishing Productivity Targets with SLA Adherence

- Managing multiple teams with 100+ resources

- Ensure smooth operations management

- Responsible for P&L accountability

- Developing resilient client relationship

- Knowledge management, close procedures adherence, compliance adherence reporting

- Exceptional Team management skills

- Motivational along with strong work ethics to drive productivity

- Managing internal and external stakeholders

- Handling Team leads, Mentors

- Overseeing daily monthly weekly workload and managing it

- Strategizing and executing Work force management

Job Timings - 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (Fixed shift)

Fixed Saturday-Sunday Off
